Confits D'Oignons Doux des Cévennes
Our Confits D’oignons doux des Cévennes are condiments made primarily with our sweet onions cooked very long to a creamy consistency. They can be eaten with cheese, meats, patés, salads and more.
Fourrecipees:
Naturellement - This onion condiment is perfect with Foie Gras, goats cheese or white meats.
Cidre/Gingembre - The same recipee as above but with fresh ginger and a touch more cider vinegar added.
Au Vinaigre Balsamique - Made with brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, excellent with more mature cheeses or any meat.
Doux aux épices - This is a sweet onion jam with cinnamon, star anise and allspice for Foie gras or paté.
